Perfect on the go, easy to make, cheap snack. Molly loves them. Friend gave me the recipe (thanks Emma). It is as follows:
4 oz s/r flour
3 oz grated cheese
2 oz butter
1 tspn Dijon mustard
Pinch of salt (I added this as seemed mean not to season)
Mix all together, roll out to about ½ cm. Cut into shapes (I use an egg cup), bake in pre-heated oven at about 180 for 10 – 12 mins (until golden).
